MPFC seleksi Pemain Asing

Madiun,Extremmepoint.com: - Manajemen Madiun Putra FC (MPFC) terus berupaya memperkuat tim menghadapi liga profesional PSSI level 2. Kini, tim berjuluk Blue Force itu sedang menyeleksi beberapa pemain asing untuk masuk dalam skuad tim.
Dua pemain asal Paraguay, Neilson Chamaro dan Paredes, sempat diberi kesempatan dalam pertandingan eksebisi, namun tidak memuaskan manajemen. Lantas, empat pemain asing lainnya juga diberi kesempatan dalam pertandingan eksebisi.

  Dari empat pemain asing yang kini sedang diseleksi, tiga di antaranya pemain asal Liberia, yakni David, N. Tolo Arsene, dan Peter M. Kuoh. Satu lagi pemain asal Kamerun, Patrick K. Kaiyen.
Keempatnya sudah dipasang saat pertandingan eksebisi melawan Real Mataram pada Jumat malam, 16 September 2011, dan melawan tim legiun asing, Sabtu malam, 17 September 2011.
  “Setidaknya kami butuh dua pemain asing untuk memperkuat tim. Kami masih melihat mana yang kira-kira bagus,” kata Manajer Madiun Putra FC Bonnie Laksmana, sembari menambahkan, dua pemain asing itu rencananya akan dipasang di posisi striker dan libero. “Diharapkan bisa semakin memperkuat serangan dan pertahanan tim yang sudah diisi pemain-pemain lokal,” katanya.
   Harapan yang sama diungkapkan pelatih Madiun Putra FC, Hanafi. “Selain mengandalkan pemain-pemain lokal yang sudah ada, pemain asing ini diharapkan bisa menopang tim, baik dalam menyerang dan bertahan,” kata bekas pelatih Persibo U-21 dan Persis Solo ini.
Ia mengaku cukup puas dengan penampilan libero asal Kamerun, Patrick K. Kaiyen. “Namun keputusan siapa dua pemain asing yang akan direkrut kami serahkan ke manajemen,” ujarnya.
  Sebagai persiapan menghadapi liga profesional PSSI level 2 dan ajang seleksi pemain asing yang akan direkrut, Madiun Putra FC telah melakoni tiga kali pertandingan eksebisi, antara lain menghadapi tim Liga Pro Union, Real Mataram FC, dan tim Legiun Asing.(YOK/LM)
