Ketika didesak terlapor mengakuinya dan ketika diminta mengembalikan uang yang sudah diambilnya terlapor mengaku jika uang yang sudah diambilnya telah dipergunakan untuk kepentingan pribadinya. Saat diberi kesempatan untuk segera mengembalikan uang yang bukan haknya itu, terlapor dianggap menolak mengembalikan, karena janjinya itu tak pernah terbukti.
Karena dianggap tak ada itikad baik lagi maka korban memilih melaporkannya ke pihak kepolisian.
