HIV/AIDS DI SIDOARJO MENINGKAT

SIDOARJO, EXTREMMEPOINT.COM : - Perkembangan HIV/AIDS di Indonesia terus meroket, bahkan, penyebarannya saat ini sudah masuk ke daerah pelosok, seperti di sidoarjo, Jawa Timur, penularan HIV/AIDS tergolong cepat, meski yang terdata baru 691 orang drngan HIV/AIDS, namun estimasinya bias mencapai 6.910 orang.(28/11/2011)

Estimasi itu didasarkan perbandingan jumlah penduduk dengan jumlah kasus yang ada, sebab satu orang penderita HIV/AIDS estimasinya bisa menularkam 4 sampai 10 orang, padahal kini jumlah penduduk sidoarjo mencapai 2 juta jiwa.

Di Sidoarjo, jumlah penderita HIV justru lebih rendah yakni 269 orang atau 39%, sedang jumlah penderita AIDS lebih tinggi yakni 422 orang atau 61 persen.melejitnya jumlah penderita  AIDS ini baru terumgkap  saat si penderita jatuh sakit dan harus dirawat, untuk menanggulangi penyebaran HIV/AIDS beberapa pihak harus ikut turun tangan.mulai Dinkes, Satpol PP atau jaringan terkait, sebab penularan HIV/AIDS mudah sekali dan harus segera ditangani.

Pengelola program dan monitoring evaluasi KPA Sidoarjo, Ferry Efendi mengatakan “Jumlah penderita HIV/AIDS yang ada malah diperkirakan lebih dari 10.000 orang data yang kita peroleh itu baru permukaannya saja, belum penderita yang tidak terdata.”

Selain itu jumlah penderita HIV/AIDS di sidoarjo sudah menyebar di 18 Kecamatan, jumlah penderita tertinggi adalah Kecamatam Sidoarjo kota sebanyak 174 orang, kemudian Kecamatan Waru sebanyak 98 orang, seks bebas dan narkotika menjadi 2 penyumbang terbanyak penyebaran penyakit mematikan tersebut, penyebaram tercepat mengunakan narkoba jenis suntik sangat beresiko  menularkan virus, demikian pula seks bebas yang kini semakin mewabah di Sidoarjo.

Penganut seks bebas (hetero sexsual) menduduki  rangking tertinggi dengan jumlah penderita 253orang, homo seksual 43 orang, pemakai narkoba suntik (penasun) 164 orang, perintal 23 orang(penyakit yang ditularkan ayah kemudian menurun ke ibu dan anak) dan lainnya 208 orang, sebanyak 208 orang ini tidak terdeteksi kenapa mengidap HIV/AIDS apakah penularannya lewat alat atau yang lainnya.(JJXXX)
