SURABAYA, EXTREMMEPOINT.COM : - Hiruk pikuk PN Surabaya di Jalan Arjuno menambah semaraknya suasana peristiwa hukum dan lagi ditambah banyaknya orang berjualan. (05/01/2012), 14.08 Wib.  

Ditengah kegiatan tersebut ternyata ditempat itu juga banyak orang berjualan berkeliaran seperti jual kacamata dan kue-kue. Juga ada tempat seperti kebun binatang, dan  seyogyanya juga diberi fasilitas ATM sehingga lengkap fasilitas tersebut.

Juga terlihat Sudi, SH, Panmud Pidana lagi santai berbincang-bincang bersama pedagang-pedagang tersebut.

PN Surabaya ternyata tidak tegas dalam memberikan peraturan atau memang tidak adanya larangan untuk berjualan keliling dan menempati meja yang seharusnya untuk pengunjung.

Ruang Sidangpun juga kurang luas seperti Ruang Sari didepan tempat terdakwa menunggu sidang, dan juga jadwal persidangan yang sangat padat serta terkesan tidak dipakainya suatu system managemen yang baik.(YYK)
