Diurus Malah Rugi Puluhan Juta

Jember (Extremmepoint.com) - Jatuh tertimpa tangga, masih diinjak-injak. Itulah yang dialami perempuan berusia 45 tahun bernama Manisa warga Dusun Sungai Tengah, Desa Manggisan, Kecamatan Tanggul. Pasalnya, beberapa bulan lalu dia menjadi korban penipuan dan pencurian yang dilakukan tetangganya. Itu menyusul setelah ATM miliknya dikuras hingga Rp 28 juta.

Korban pun mangkel dan berharap pelakunya diseret ke sel tahanan. Berbagai cara akhirnya dilakukan sampai minta bantuan sejumlah orang. Namun, usaha itu belum juga membuahkan hasil. Padahal, korban sudah menghabiskan dana kurang lebih sebesar Rp 32 juta. Sehingga korban mengalami kerugian mencapai Rp 60 juta.
“Biaya ngurusi saja sudah habis kurang lebih Rp 32 juta. Sehingga saya sepertinya kehilangan Rp 60 juta mas,” ujar korban saat ditemui wartawan ini kemarin.

Biaya itu dikeluarkan untuk biaya pengurusan pembobolan ATM miliknya. Ternyata, selama ini dia hanya dimanfaatkan para markus (makelar kasus) yang berkeliaran dan mengaku sanggup.mengurusi segala perkara. Faktanya, korban hanya dikuras uangnya hingga puluhan juta. Sementara masalah pembobolan ATM miliknya belum juga selesai. Sedangkan pelaku bernama Subaidah (28) tetangganya yang sudah mengakui perbutannya dengan membuat surat.
pernyataan tertanggal 18 Juli 2010. Dalam surat pernyataan itu, Subaidah mengakui telah mengambil uang uang milik korban melalui ATM BCA sebanyak tiga kali. Perbuatan itu dilakukannya pada tahun 2009.
Namun, pelaku belum juga ditangkap polisi karena kabur yang kabarnya pergi ke Bali. Hingga kini, kasus yang sudah ditangani petugas Polsek Tanggul masih dalam proses. Hasil penyelidikan sementara, tidak ada saksi yang bisa menunjukkan siapa pelakunya. Sedangkan rekaman CCTV di mesin ATM BCA Tanggul belum mendapatkan hasil.

Kini, korban memilih terus mengadukan masalahnya ke Mabes Polri dan Kompolnas. Dia berharap kasus yang melilitnya bisa segera terungkap. Termasuk para markus yang hanya mengambil keuntungan dengan masalah yang dialaminya.( FENDI )
