Guru Jember, Tuntut Pungli Serifikasi Dikembalikan

Jember (Extremmepoint.com) - Puluhan guru melakukan aksi demonstari dihalaman gedung DPRD Jember kemarin sore. Mereka menuntut agar pungutan liar yang disejumlah oknum Dinas Pendidikan untuk meloloskan proses seritifikasi guru yang dikenakan pada mereka dikembalikan.

Para guru mengaku telah mengeluarkan uang higga jutaan rupiah. Uang itu diminta sebagai pelicin jika para guru yang mengusulkan diri mendapatkan tunjangan sertifikasi. "Ada ibu di Kalisat yang sampai menggadaikan sepeda motornya. Ternyata dia tak katut sertifikasi. Uang pungli tidak bisa kembali. Akhirnya, ibu guru ini kalau pergi mengajar harus pakai ojek," kata Teguh Hidayat, dosen Universitas Jember yang mendampingi perjuangan para guru.

Teguh meminta kepada DPRD untuk ikut memberikan tekanan politik kepada Penjabat Bupati Zarkasi. "Ini agar Pj Bupati mau menerbitkan surat keputusan yang menginstruksikan agar uang pungli itu dikembalikan," Jawabnya.

Susiyono, guru dari Kecamatan Jenggawah, bercerita ada guru yang diancam keselamatannya karena mempersoalkan pungli ini. "Kami minta kepada Bapak Dewan, agar memberi masukan kepada Pj Bupati untuk mengganti Kepala Dinas Pendidikan,"Imbuhnya.

Yoyok Tri Basuki, guru lainnya, berkata, fenomena pungli terjadi di tubuh dunia pendidikan Jember. "Kami berharap, bukan hanya pengembalian pungli sertifikasi. Lebih jauh kami berharap agar pungli dihapus, dengan cara kembali kepada aturan yang ada," Jawabya.

Masalah aturan juga ditekankan guru lainnya, Dwi Waskito. "Awal program sertifikasi guru tahun 2007, pelaksanaan aturan sangat bagus, sesuai ketentuan. Tapi setelah tahun 2008 betul-betul aneh. Saya di didahului oleh orang yang punya masa kerja mulai tahun 2006. Saya sempat marah-marah, aturan apa yang dipakai,"Terangnya.

Wakil Ketua DPRD Jember Miftahul Ulum sepakat, jika ingin terhindar dari pungli maka harus kembali ke aturan. "Ke depan, jangan sampai ada guru yang dibodohi. Kalau ada oknum yang memaksa agar guru membayar, minta kuitansi. Kalau dimintai kuitansi tidak mau, berarti ada yang tidak beres," Jelasnya.
Ulum meminta agar DPRD diberi waktu untuk melakukan pendekatan kepada Pj Bupati Zarkasi. "Jangan di-deadline waktunya. Yang penting ada langkah lanjut Pak Pj. Kami bisa mendesak Pak Pj dengan segala macam cara,"Unkapnya kepada extremmepoint.com.( FENDI )
